Once payment has been approved, your order enters our processing stage, which typically takes 1 to 5 business days. During this period, your order is carefully inspected, quality-checked, and packaged for shipment.
2. Shipping Timeframes
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
- Delivery Time: Generally 7 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Important Note: This timeframe does not include the 1–5 business day processing period. Furthermore, international orders are subject to customs clearance, which may affect delivery times based on local country procedures.
3. Tracking Your Order
All orders include full tracking details, which will be emailed to you within 1 to 5 business days of purchase.
- Tracking Updates: If your tracking link is not active immediately, please allow 24 to 72 hours for the carrier to update their system.
- Accuracy: We recommend using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or the carrier’s official website. Please note that we do not support or manage third-party tracking applications (such as the Shop App), as they may display inaccurate or delayed information.

4. Accuracy of Shipping Information

- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can either reship the item (subject to additional shipping fees) or issue a refund (minus shipping costs) once the returned item is received at our facility.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship globally; however, your country’s customs authority may apply import duties, taxes, or additional fees upon arrival.
- Responsibility: These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Declarations: To minimize the risk of additional charges, we may declare packages at a low value. However, we cannot estimate or cover these costs as they are determined entirely by local customs authorities.
- Delays: Customs clearance is a common cause of delay. If your parcel is held in customs for more than 10 business days, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
6. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
- Refusal to Pay Charges: We accept no liability for any loss, destruction, or non-delivery resulting from a customer’s failure to pay customs duties or collect their parcel.
- Returned Shipments: If a parcel is returned to our facility due to non-collection or refusal, a refund will be issued minus all incurred shipping and return fees.
- Destroyed Shipments: If a package is destroyed by authorities due to non-collection, no refund will be issued.
7. Post-Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once the courier provides official delivery confirmation (including GPS data or photographic evidence). NOVA OCEAN STORE LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the parcel has been marked as delivered. If you believe your parcel was misdelivered, please contact your local courier service immediately.
